The entire company’s asset website, including the layout and design along with all the content and images are protected by copyright and as such, you are not permitted to reproduce any part of the company’s asset without our prior and full approval.

In continuing our promise towards investors in assuring their trade is conducted with confidence Halvatrade promotes full transparent trading policy to its stakeholders and investors. We give you all the required trading information you need, including good rates, spreads and leverage, and other benefits of being an investor under our platform. All provided to ensure a safe and comfortable trading experience.

All users who accept these terms agree that they are of the legal age within their country to make use of these services as a whole.

All Halvatrade users must be at least 18 years of age to sign up. Our site is a privately run platform that has only been opened up to a select number of individuals chosen specifically by our company and those that have been invited personally by them. It is not open to the general public. Because of this, we consider all deposits that occur on our site a private transaction between the site itself and the subsequent member.

Users agree to keep all materials, updates, and other information from the site private and protected from any disclosure. The information we relay to our users is not to be solicited or taken as an offer or of an activity that goes against legal jurisdictions.

Any data given is to be kept private and protected from being shared with third parties. Any losses of data do not fall under our responsibility as a company.

Before you can become an investor under Halvatrade

You have to first register yourself

Activate your account by uploading your details and documents for verification

Choose any of the distinguished investment packages/account types we offer

On completion of registration, your account will be verified, and a trader/account manager assigned to you. To start trading with us, the investor must fund his/her account with the minimum deposit of $50(Fifty Dollars), and the maximum deposit of $1,000,000(One Million Dollars), which falls under the different investment packages/account types we offer.

Definitions

"Non Personal Information" is information that is not personally identifiable to you and that we automatically collect when you access our Website with a web browser. It may also include publicly available information that is shared between you and others.

"Personally Identifiable Information" is non-public information that is personally identifiable to you and obtained in order for us to provide you within our Website. For creating and accessing a cloud account, we only require you to specify your email address. No other Personally Identifiable Information is needed and will be collected.

After a period of trade in the selected package, investors are eligible for withdrawal after completion of their referral task programme(5 minimum downliners) or rolling over to the next investment plan for a fresh trading scheme database to their accounts (compounding). Investors are advised to notify their traders three days before withdrawal, having their trade permit/certificate ID-No attached to their profile and 2xbooster activated respectively.

All investors trading/earning under our distinguished investment plans and fixed income trading schemes, every withdrawal request initiated by an investor in our trading platform attracts a fee, in this situation every member trading under HalvaTrade is mandated on 10% withdrawal charges of any amount requested to be withdrawn from his/her personal account.

As withdrawals is requested by an investor of our community, the investor will recieve a one-time synchronised payment address of which to install 10% fee of any amount requested for payout, investor is required to install his/her 10% charges to the provided address, on completion of fee installation, requested withdrawals is automatically queued for procession and will be paid out within 5 - 10 minutes of which the fee was successfully updated.

Before posting a negative review or feedback on public forums or rating sites, our users agree to contact us in order to provide clarity and possibly resolve the situation. We maintain the right to remove, terminate, or suspend the accounts of any users who post spam, break our rules and regulations, or partake in any other activity we deem as appropriate for consequences. If you do not agree with anything outlined in the disclaimer above, please refrain from moving any further.

Licensing and Regulation

Obviously, like any online transaction, if you are going to put your money somewhere, you need to know that it is in safe hands. Any platform where you are financially transacting needs to be licensed and regulated for you to be confident that your money is safe. Each country has its own regulator and rules surrounding regulation and you should always look for the licensing accreditation(customer's trade certificate) when you are selecting who to trade with.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our Website, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.

Applicable Policies

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, your access to and use of the Content and the Service is

subject to HalvaTrade's then-current policies relating to the Content and the Service, including, without

limitation, the HalvaTrade Privacy Policy available on the Service. You agree to be bound by these

policies and all other HalvaTrade policies applicable to the access and use of the Content and the Service

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless HalvaTrade and the Third-Party Providers, and the officers,

directors, agents, partners, employees, licensors, distributors, and representatives of HalvaTrade and the

Third-Party Providers, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits,

proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or

relating to your access and/or use of, or interaction with the Content (including, without limitation, Third

Party Content), or any act, error, or omission of your use of your account or any user of your account, in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, matters relating to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading

information; libel; invasion of privacy; infringement of a copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or

other intellectual property; any defective product or any injury or damage to person or property caused by

any products sold or otherwise distributed through or in connection with the Service; or violation of any

applicable law.

Applicable Law and Venue; Severability

You agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the

laws of the State Dublin, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or

proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions will be brought exclusively in courts located in

Santa Clara County, Dublin, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue

therein. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason

unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and will

not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

If something goes wrong, or if you have a question about an element of trading you need to know that there is someone there to help and advise you. This can be a 24-hour virtual assistant or someone on the end of the phone in trading hours. We offer a high level of customer serviced.
